Dress Code - All dancers will need to wear leotard & tights to dance class. Dance shorts, legging, and capri pant are allowed to be worn along with the leotard & tights. Hair must be pulled out of the face, no jewelry is to be worn and all proper dance shoes need to be worn. Dancers who practice hip hop dance can wear t-shirt & shorts, tank top, capri pants & leggings to class. Boys dress code - jogging pants, jazz pants, or shorts, t-shirt or tank top. Wearing proper dance shoes is a required.

Monthly Installments
Tuition Payments are due the first day of each month. We will accept cash, credit or debit cards. A late fee will be added to your account if the payment isn't received by the first day of each month. Remember that the monthly payment is the same whether there are 2,3,4, or 5 lessons in the month. A discount of 20% will be deducted from your monthly installment if you pay the full amount for the year (Fall Session ONLY)

Attendance is crucial in learning, and we do not offer makeup classes for any classes missed, due to the availability of studio space. If you must miss class for any reason, it is your responsibility to call our office at 491-2780 and inform the office staff or leave a message on voicemail. Please do this prior to the scheduled class time so we can inform the instructor of your absence.
Being late to class is sometimes hard to avoid, however, if you are 10 minutes late to class, the instructor may ask you to observe rather then take class. Missing the beginning exercises may run you the risk of injury from not warming up properly. Its up to each instructor to make that decision. Call the office at 491-2780 prior to class time to inform us of your late arrival.

Dance Fusion follows the weather very closely & will cancel dance if the road conditions are severe & the Public/ Private schools have cancelled school. We will send out text messages to all parents notifying them of the cancelled classes. If you are not sure if we are holding class, call the office at 491-2780 for a message or e-mail Ms. Kristal at dancefusionlouky@gmail.com.

The Dance Fusion office is for staff only. No parents or dancers are allowed in the office without the permission of a Dance Fusion staff member. Please keep the lobby, lounge area, hallway, and restroom clean. It is your responsibility to clean up after yourself and throw trash away. The studio has three dance rooms. Stage 1 has stationary & portable barres, marley floor, stationary mirrors, and viewing windows for the parents. Stage 2 has portable barres, marley floor, and stationary mirrors. Stage 3 has gym mats, viewing windows for parents and portable mirrors. No chewing gum, food, or drinks allowed in the dance rooms. The only exception is that dancers may bring a water bottle to class. All dance bags or school bags, jackets and coats need to be placed in the cubbies area. No bags allowed into dance room.

Dance Classes begin the Tuesday after Labor Day and end the last week of May. Listed below are several important dates that you may want to mark on your calendar. Any additional notices will be posted on the information board in the lobby. You can check the "calendar" page of our website for more details including dates of competitions, conventions, shows and more! The important class-related dates are as follows:
September 1 - No class (Labor Day)
September 2- Start of the Recital Season 2025-2026
November 26 thru 28- No class (Thanksgiving Break)
December 22 thru January 2- no class (Winter Break)
March 28- Studio Picture Day
April 6 thru 10- No class (Spring Break)
May 25- No class (Memorial Day)
